IN-HOME SLEEP CONSULT ($600*)

This package allows for an in-depth sleep consultation in the comfort of your home, as well as an opportunity for me to meet and better understand you and your baby. This 2-hour package includes:

• Initial meeting with parents to get feedback and all info about the baby. 

• Analysis of your child’s current sleeping and meals routine.

• Providing you with a details report showing suggested changes for optional sleep routings and implementing  hands on strategies that will allow babies to transition to a 12 hour night of sleep, allowing optimal emotional and brain development. 

• Advisment on the baby's nursery set up and day time activities to promote sleep. 

 

REMOTE SLEEP CONSULT ($375) *via Skype, FaceTime, or phone.

For parents located outside of Los Angeles who are confident they can implement a sleep plan without hands-on guidance and support, this 1 hour package includes:

We will provide you with a report of suggested changes for optional sleep routine. 

  

NEW CLIENT PHONE CONSULT ($125/hour)
Designed for parents who have successfully implemented a sleep plan for their child, but need help correcting recent regressions or challenges. Such circumstances might include – but are not limited to – early morning wake-ups, refusal to nap, introduction of a new sibling, moving from crib to bed, or bedtime routine busters. All calls can be pro-rated after the first hour.

FORMER CLIENT PHONE CONSULT ($80/hour)
Perfect for former clients who have just a few questions based on unique challenges that may arise in the months or years following the successful implementation of their child’s Sleep Pea routine. Such circumstances might include – but are not limited to – dropping naps, recovery from illness, travel across time zones, introduction of a new sibling or changes to daytime or work schedules. All calls can be pro-rated after the first hour.
